How long will it take for me to receive my items?
All orders will be posted within a week of ordering (ie. Excludes weekends and public holidays) as our turnaround time varies between 2 and 7 days throughout the year. Your order will definitely be sent out within 7 working days from payment
Will I need to pay for my order before I receive it?
Orders will not be processed until payment has been received
How do I pay for my order?
Most payments are made via this website however if a personalised design is created we may require payment upfront
Are we able to Personalize or Custom Design an item?
Yes you are welcome to request personalization or custom design for any of our products. There is no additional fee for this service. Please provide 48 hours top have this completed as we will alter until you are happy with the final design. Drafts will be sent via e-mail.
Please don’t ask me to copy another persons work – I can only use it for inspiration.
